Integrative Counselling
Life doesn’t always run smoothly.
Whatever difficulties you may be experiencing,
either personally or as a couple,
sometimes the hardest action is asking for help

How counselling works
Counselling provides a confidential and non-judgemental space for individuals or couples to come to seek support for a variety of different mental health and emotional issues.
By meeting regularly to talk the client or clients can explore any problems they may be experiencing and begin to understand where the problems stem from and work to find ways to solve them. therapy is very personal so it is important that you feel comfortable in order to develop real trust and allow the work to unfold.
Different counselling approaches
There are also many different therapies that can be used in counselling, some models involve looking at past relationships and experiences to make sense of them, and others involve looking at the ‘here and now’ focusing on finding immediate solutions. I have worked as an integrative therapist for 24 years and draw on many different approaches to help my clients achieve change.
Couples Therapist
As a Relate trained couples therapist I have a training in Psychodynamic and Systemic therapy helping couples tackle relationship issues such as infertility, infidelity and trust.
